‘मज़दूरों ने अपने अधिकारों पर हो रहे हमलों को समझते हुए अपने विचार साझा किए। एक मज़दूर ने बताया कि किस तरह हितिरो फ़ार्मा कंपनी में, जहाँ पहले लोडिंग मज़दूरों को ओवरटाइम का भुगतान डबल रेट से मिलता था, अब उन्हें मजबूर करके सिंगल रेट पर ओवरटाइम कराया जाता है। मज़दूरों ने तमाम फ़ैक्टरी समस्याओं को साझा किया और मौजूदा परिस्थिति की गंभीरता को समझते हुए मज़दूरों को एकजुट होकर साथ में जुड़ने की बात कही।

‘Only the united struggle of the organised and unorganized sector workers with indefinite general strike can make the Modi government revoke the Four Labour Codes which it passed in a dictatorial manner. It is time to make the fascist Modi government feel the power of the unity of the working class.

Mazdoor Bigul Campaigns at Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad: Call for an Indefinite General Strike Against the Four Labour Codes
‘Several employees appreciated Mazdoor Bigul for spreading awareness, especially among younger workers facing an insecure future, and shared their contacts. Workers from NFC’s Industrial Union also interacted with the activists, supported the campaign, and expressed willingness to work together in future struggles against the Labour Codes and privatisation.
बिगुल मज़दूर दस्ता और नौजवान भारत सभा, उत्तराखण्ड द्वारा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र सिडकुल-हरिद्वार में मज़दूर-कर्मचारी विरोधी ‘चार लेबर कोड’ के ख़िलाफ़ पर्चा वितरित किया गया और मज़दूरों से इसके ख़िलाफ़ जुझारू संघर्ष खड़ा करने का आह्वान किया गया।
‘मज़दूर अधिकारों पर जब इस तरह का संगठित व नियोजित हमला हुआ है तो इसका जवाब भी हमें संगठित, नियोजित और जुझारू तरीके से देना होगा। अब एकदिवसीय रस्मदायगी हड़ताल से बात कत्तई नहीं बनने वाली बल्कि अब हमें अनिश्चितकालीन आम हड़ताल के लिये अभी से कमर कस लेनी होगी। इसके लिए मज़दूरों-कर्मचारियों की सभी यूनियनों को साथ आकर आम हड़ताल की तैयारी करनी होगी।
