కార్మిక-ఉద్యోగ వ్యతిరేక నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్‌లను రద్దు చేయాలి!
డిసెంబర్ 23న మంగళగిరిలోని అనేక ప్రభుత్వ మరియు ప్రైవేట్ రంగ సంస్థల్లో ఉద్యోగుల మధ్య మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు, నవజవాన్ భారత్ సభ (NBS) సభ్యులు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా ప్రచారం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఈ నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లు ప్రవేశ పెట్టడం వెనుక మోడీ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్దేశం గురించి కార్యకర్తలు వివరించారు. పెట్టుబడిదారులు తమ ఇష్టం వచ్చినట్టు కార్మికులను దోచుకునే అధికారానికి చట్టబద్ధత కల్పించడం, ‘కార్మికులు-ఉద్యోగులకు మిగిలి ఉన్న కొద్దిపాటి హక్కులను కూడా అంతం చేయడం ఈ కోడ్ల ఉద్దేశమని అన్నారు. ఈ నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లు కార్మికులను తీవ్రంగా దోపిడీ చేసేందుకు: యజమానులు, కార్పొరేట్ సంస్థలకు, అంటే మొత్తంగా పెట్టుబడిదారీ వర్గానికి, నిరాటంకమైన స్వేచ్ఛను కల్పిస్తాయి అని అన్నారు.
ఫాసిస్టు మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్లను అమలు చేయడం అంటే కార్మికులు-ఉద్యోగుల అన్ని హక్కులను హతమార్చడమే అని వివరించారు. శ్రామికవర్గం ఎన్నో త్యాగాలు చేసి తన పోరాట బలంతో ఇప్పటివరకు సాధించుకున్న హక్కులన్నిటిపై మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం చేసిన అతిపెద్ద ఫాసిస్టు దాడి ఇది. నిజానికి, ఇది కార్మిక-ఉద్యోగ జనాభా మొత్తాన్ని బానిసలుగా మార్చడానికి ఉద్దేశించిన ఒక ఫాసిస్టు చర్య. ఈ దాడికి ధీటైన సమాధానం చెప్పడానికి, భారతదేశంలోని సంఘటిత, అసంఘటిత కార్మికులు-ఉద్యోగులందరూ సంఘటితమై పోరాడాల్సిన తరుణం ఇది. అన్ని కేంద్ర ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్లు – సంఘాలు, వివిధ కంపెనీలకు, వృత్తులకు చెందిన యూనియన్లు తమ పరస్పర విభేదాలను పక్కనబెట్టి ఏకమవ్వాల్సిన సమయం ఇది. అందరూ ఏకమై నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మెకు పిలుపునివ్వాలి. ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్లను రద్దు చేసే వరకు నిరవధికంగా సమ్మెను కొనసాగించాలి అని పిలుపినిచ్చారు.
“నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మె” మాత్రమే ఈ లేబర్ కొడ్లను తిప్పికొట్టడానికి పరిష్కారమని, అన్ని యూనియన్లలోని ఉద్యోగులు వారి యూనియన్లపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకురావాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేయడం జరిగింది.

On December 23, activists of Mazdoor Bigul and members of Naujawan Bharat Sabha (NBS) organised a campaign against the four labour codes introduced by the central government among the employees of several public and private sector companies in Mangalagiri.
In this context, the activists explained the intention of the Modi government behind introducing these four labour codes. It is to make it a legal right of the capitalists-owners to wilfully exploit the workers and to abolish the few remaining rights of the workers and the employees. The Four Labour Codes give free rein to the owners and the corporate houses, that is to say the entire capitalist class, to brutally exploit the workers.
The implementation of these labour codes by the fascist Modi government means the killing of all the rights of workers and employees. This is the biggest fascist attack by the Modi government on all the rights that the working class has achieved so far with the strength of its struggle. In fact, it was a fascist act aimed at enslaving the entire working-class population. To give a befitting reply to this attack, it is time for all the workers of India, both organised and unorganised, to fight unitedly. It is time for all central trade unions, unions of various companies and professions to put aside their differences and come together. Everyone should come together and call for an indefinite general strike. The strike has been called for an indefinite period till the labour laws are repealed.
An “INDEFINITE GENERAL STRIKE” is the only solution to reverse these labour codes and employees in all unions are urged to put pressure on their unions.
