లేబర్ కోడ్ల రద్దుకై హైదరాబాద్లో TUCI రాష్ట్ర సదస్సులో మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ ప్రచారం
నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లపై జరిగిన TUCI రాష్ట్ర సదస్సులో, వాటిని రద్దు చేయడానికి నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మె మాత్రమే మార్గమని మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ ప్రచారం నిర్వహించింది. 2020లో ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీలన్నీ పార్లమెంట్ బాయ్కాట్ చేసిన సమయంలో ఎటువంటి చర్చా లేకుండా దొంగదారిన ఫాసిస్టు మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం మూడు కోడ్లను ప్రవేశపెట్టారని బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఆ తరువాత కూడా వీటిని అమలుపరచడానికి ఇన్నేళ్లు పట్టడానికి కారణం వీటి పట్ల సమాజంలో ఉన్న వ్యతిరేకత అయినప్పటికీ, పెద్ద ఎత్తున తిరుగుబాటు లేనందున బీహార్ ఎన్నికల గెలుపు తరువాత ఈ కోడ్ల అమలుకై నోటిఫికేషన్ ఇవ్వడం గమనార్హం. పెట్టుబడిదారులు ఫాసిస్టు ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఎన్నుకున్నది దీనికోసమేనని, ఎలక్టోరల్ బాండ్ల కుంభకోణంలో అంతమంది పెట్టుబడిదారులు అన్ని వందల కోట్లు ఫాసిస్టులకు ధారపోసిందీ దీని కోసమేనని పేర్కొన్నారు. 1990ల నుంచి మొదలైన నయా ఉదారవాద పాలసీలకు ఒక రూపం ఇస్తూ, మరింత లాభాలు ఆర్జించేందుకు పెట్టుబడిదారులకు ఉన్న అన్ని అడ్డంకులను ఈ కోడ్ల ద్వారా తొలగించారు.
కార్మికులకు ఇప్పటివరకు పేపర్ మీద ఉన్న కొద్దిపాటి హక్కులను కూడా ఈ కోడ్ల ద్వారా రూపుమాపుతున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు కూడా వీటిని పూర్తి స్థాయిలో ఎదుర్కోకపోతే, తరువాత పోరాడటానికి ఏమీ మిగలదు. అందువల్ల అన్ని యూనియన్లు తమ విభేదాలను పక్కనపెట్టి కార్మికుల పక్షాన ఒక్కటై నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మెకి పిలుపునివ్వాలని, మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ ఈ పోరాటానికి శాయశక్తులా తోడ్పడుతుందని బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు పేర్కొన్నారు.

Mazdoor Bigul campaigns for the repeal of four labour codes at TUCI State Conference in Hyderabad
At the TUCI state conference on the four labour codes, Mazdoor Bigul made an appeal to give a call for an indefinite general strike. Bigul activists also mentioned how three of these codes were introduced without any discussion during the boycott by all opposition parties in the parliament in 2020. Even after that, the government could not implement them because of the opposition for these codes among trade unions and the working people. But despite this opposition too, there was no large-scale resistance against them. It is noteworthy that the notification to implement these codes was issued after the fascist government achieved victory in Bihar elections. It is for achieving the implementation of such pro-capitalist policies that the capitalist class worked to bring to power the fascist government. The electoral bonds also revealed how so many capitalists contributed hundreds of crores to the fascists in power. The codes are the latest neo-liberal offensive against the working class aimed at removing all obstacles in the way of capitalists to earn more profits.
The hard earned rights of workers that existed at least on paper until now too are being brazenly taken away through these codes. If we do not resist them now until they are repealed, later, there will be nothing left to fight for. It’s in this context that all the unions should shun their differences to unite to give a call for an indefinite general strike.
