నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా తాడేపల్లిలో బైక్ ర్యాలీ!
ఫిబ్రవరి 1 తేదీన తాడేపల్లిలోని ప్రకాష్ నగర్ మెయిన్ సెంటర్ నుండి ఉండవల్లి సెంటర్ వరుకు మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు నవజవాన్ భారత్ సభ (NBS), శ్రామిక హక్కుల పోరాట సంఘం(SHPS) కార్యకర్తలతో కలిసి లేబర్ కోడ్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా బైక్ ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించారు. పలు సెంటర్ల వద్ద సభ నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్బంగా ఈ నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లు కార్మికులను-ఉద్యోగులను పెట్టుబడిదారులు మరింత దోపిడీ చేసేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొస్తుంది అని కార్యకర్తలు వివరించారు. ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్లు అమలు అయితే కార్మికులకు ఉండే కొద్దిపాటి హక్కులు కూడా అంతం అవుతాయాని వివరించారు.
సంఘటిత రంగంలో ఉండే కార్మికుల-ఉద్యోగులను 12 గంటలు వరుకు డబుల్ రేటు లేకుండా పని చేయించుకోవడం, పీఎఫ్, గ్రాట్యుటీ వంటి హక్కులను రద్దు చేయడం, ఫిక్స్ డ్ టర్మ్ ఎంప్లాయిమెంట్ పేరుతో శాశ్వత ఉపాధి హక్కును దోచుకోవడం చేస్తున్నాయి ఈ నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లు అని వివరించారు.
అసంఘటిత రంగంలో ఉండే కార్మికులకు ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్ల ద్వారా ఎన్నో ప్రయోజనాలు వస్తాయని గోది మీడియా ద్వారా, సోషల్ మీడియా ఇన్‌ఫ్లుయెన్సర్ల ద్వారా ఊదరగోడుతుంది మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం కానీ నిజానికి ఈ నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లు అసంఘటిత రంగ కార్మికుల పరిస్థితిని మరింత అధ్వాన్నంగా మారుతుంది అని వివరించారు.
అందుకని సంఘటిత, అసంఘటిత కార్మికులు- ఉద్యోగులు సంఘటితమై పోరాడాల్సిన తరుణం ఇది. అందరూ ఏకమై నిరవధిక సార్వాత్రిక సమ్మెకు పిలుపునివ్వాలని, ఈ నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లను రద్దు చేసేవరకు నిర్వధికంగా సమ్మెను కొనసాగించాలి అని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
అదే విధంగా ఫిబ్రవరి 12న సెంట్రల్ ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్లు పిలుపిచ్చిన ఒకరోజు సమ్మెను నిరవధిక సమ్మెగా మార్చేలా తమతమ యూనియన్లపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకురావాలని కార్మికులకు, ఉద్యోగులకు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. ఈ సమ్మెలో పాల్గొనడంతో పాటు సాధ్యమైనన్ని రకాలుగా మద్దతు పలకాలని కార్యకర్తలు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.

On February 1, Mazdoor Bigul activists along with activists of Naujawan Bharat Sabha (NBS) and Sramika Hakkula Porata Sangham (SHPS) took out a bike rally from Prakash Nagar Main Centre in Tadepalli to Undavalli Centre against the labour codes. Meetings were held at various centres.
In this context, the activists explained that these four labor codes will be brought by the central government to exploit more the workers and employees by the capitalists. If these labour codes are implemented, the few rights whcih workers have will also end.
The activists explained that The four labour codes are aimed at depriving workers in the organised sector to work for 12 hours without double the rate of wages, abolition of entitlements such as PF and gratuity, and the right to permanent employment in the name of fixed term employment.
They further explained that the Modi government through the godi media and social media influencers claims that these labour codes will bring many benefits to the workers in the unorganised sector but in reality, these four labour codes will make the condition of the workers in the unorganised sector even worse.
Therefore, it is time for organised and unorganised workers and employees to fight unitedly. They called upon all to unite and call for an indefinite general strike and continue it indefinitely till the four labour codes are repealed.
The activists also appealed to the workers and employees to put pressure on their respective unions to convert the one-day strike called by the central trade unions on February 12 into an indefinite strike. They appealed to the workers to participate in the strike and extend all possible support.
