హైదరాబాదులోని జీడిమెట్ల ఇండస్ట్రియల్ ఏరియా లోని సుభాష్ నగర్ లో లేబర్ కోడ్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా క్యాంపెయిన్
ఫిబ్రవరి 27 న మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు జీడిమెట్ల ఇండస్ట్రియల్ ఏరియా లోని సుభాష్ నగర్ లో అసంఘటిత కార్మికుల మధ్య లేబర్ కోడ్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా కాంపెయిన్ నిర్వహించారు.
ప్రచారంలో భాగంగా కార్మికులు కష్టపడి సంపాదించుకున్న హక్కులన్నింటినీ మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం హరిస్తోందని అన్నారు. లేబర్ కోడ్ లు కార్మికుల కనీస వేతనాలపై దాడి అని, ఫిక్స్డ్ టర్మ్ ఎంప్లాయిమెంట్ ప్రవేశపెట్టడం ద్వారా కాంట్రాక్టు పద్ధతిని ప్రోత్సహిస్తుందని అన్నారు. లేబర్ కోర్టులను రద్దు చేసి ట్రిబ్యునల్స్ ఏర్పాటు చేయబడతాయని, కార్మికుల సమ్మె హక్కు దాడిచేస్తున్నాయని, పని గంటలు ఎక్కువవుతాయని అన్నారు. ఇవి లేబర్ కోడ్ లలో ఉన్న కొన్ని సమస్యలు మాత్రమేననీ, ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్ లలో ఇలాంటి అనేక ఇతర లొసుగులు ఉన్నాయని, అందుకే 4 లేబర్ కోడ్లను రద్దు చేసే వరకు పోరాడటం ముఖ్యమని కార్యకర్తలు ప్రజలకు, కార్మికులకు వివరించారు.
ఫిబ్రవరి 12 న జరిగిన ఒక్క రోజు సమ్మె వల్ల ఏమీ ఒరగలేదని, ఫాసిస్టు ప్రభుత్వం ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్ లు వెనక్కి తీసుకోవాలంటే భారతదేశంలోని కార్మికుల్లో కెల్లా అత్యధిక శాతం అయిన అసంఘటిత రంగ కార్మికులు కూడా సంఘటిత రంగ కార్మికులు-ఉద్యోగులందరితో కలిసి సంఘటితమై పోరాడాల్సిన సమయం ఇదని చెప్పారు.
చాలామంది కార్మికులు కార్యకర్తల మాటలతో ఏకీభావించారు, పాంఫ్లెట్ లు తీసుకుని, ఈ పూర్తి ప్రచారానికి ఆర్ధిక సహకారం కూడా అందచేసారు. రానున్న రోజుల్లో మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ సంఘటిత అసంఘటిత రంగ కార్మికులు, ఉద్యోగుల మధ్య ఈ ప్రచారాన్ని కొనసాగిస్తుంది.

Mazdoor Bigul campaigns against the 4 labour codes amongst industrial workers in the Jeedimetla Industrial area in Hyderabad
On February 27, Mazdoor Bigul activists organised a campaign against labour codes amongst unorganised workers in Subhash Nagar in Jeedimetla industrial area.
As part of this, the activists told the workers that the Modi government is taking away all the existing hard earned rights of the workers. The labour codes is an attack on the minimum wages of workers, through introducing fixed term employment, it actively promotes contractualisation. Tribunals will be formed and labour courts will no longer exist, the right to strike of workers is under attack, the number of working hours will be increased. The activists explained to the people and workers that while these are only a few of the problems in the labour codes, there are many such other loopholes which is why it is important to fight until the 4 labour codes are repealed.
They said that the one-day strike on February 12 did not achieve anything. And that, to pressurise the fascist government to withdraw these labor codes, the unorganized sector workers who form the majority of India’s work force, to unite and fight together with the workers of the organized sector.
Many workers agreed with the activists, took pamphlets, and made financial contributions to the campaign. In the coming days too, Mazdoor Bigul will continue this campaign amongst the workers and employees of the organized and unorganized sector.
