సమ్మె అంటే లాంఛనం కాదు!
సమ్మె అంటే కార్మికవర్గ ఆయుధం!!
కాబట్టి నిరవధిక సర్వత్రిక సమ్మె కోసం ఏకమవుదాం!!!
మార్చి 15, 17 తారీఖుల్లో మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్, నవజవాన్ భారత్ సభ సభ్యులు విశాఖపట్నం పెదజాలారిపేటలోను, లాసన్స్ బే కాలనీ, ఆంధ్ర యూనివర్సిటీలోని పోస్ట్ ఆఫీసుల్లోనూ లేబర్ కోడ్స్ వ్యతిరేక కాంపెయిన్ నిర్వహించారు.
ఫాసిస్ట్ మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకువచ్చిన ఈ నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్స్ వలన ఉద్యోగులకు, కార్మికులకు ఎటువంటి ప్రయోజనం లేదని, ఇవన్నీ పెట్టుబడిదారుల లాభాల కోసమేనని వివరించారు. కార్మికవర్గం మీద స్వతంత్ర భారత చరిత్రలో జరుగుతున్న అతిపెద్ద దాడి ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్స్. ఈ దాడికి వ్యతిరేకంగా కార్మికవర్గం తన చేతిలోని అత్యంత శక్తివంతమైన ఆయుధం, నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మెను ప్రయోగించాలన్నారు. అయితే సంఘటిత కార్మికవర్గానికి నాయకత్వం వహిస్తున్న ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్లు ఇంత పెద్ద దాడికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఫిబ్రవరి 12న ఒకరోజు సమ్మెకు పరిమితమయ్యాయన్నారు. ఈ ఒకరోజు సమ్మె కూడా పూర్తిగా జరగలేదు. చాలా చోట్ల నల్ల బ్యాడ్జీలు పెట్టుకుని పనిచేయడం, లంచ్ అవర్ మీటింగ్ల రూపంలో “సమ్మె” జరిగింది. పెట్టుబడిదారుల లాభాలకు గండి కొట్టడం ద్వారా కార్మిక హక్కులను సాధించుకోవడం సమ్మె వెనక లాజిక్ అనీ, దాన్ని ఒక లాంఛనంగా మార్చడం వల్ల కార్మికులకు ఒరిగేదేమీ ఉండదని బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు వివరించారు.
ఫిబ్రవరి 12 సమ్మె ఫలితాలు అందరి ముందూ స్పష్టంగా ఉన్నాయి. లేబర్ కోడ్స్ విషయంలో వెనక్కి తగ్గడానికి పెట్టుబడిదారీ రాజ్యం ఏమాత్రం సిద్ధపడట్లేదని స్పష్టంగా అర్థమైపోతోంది. కాబట్టే, లేబర్ కోడ్లను వెనక్కి కొట్టేందుకు కార్మికవర్గం ముందున్న ఏకైక ఆయుధం నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మె అని బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు వివరించారు. సెంట్రల్ ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్లు కనుక అటువంటి నిర్ణయాత్మక పోరాటాలకు సిద్ధం కాకపోతే వారిని వెనకే వదిలేసి కార్మికులు ముందుకు సాగుతారన్నారు. ఈ పోరాటాలన్నిటికీ మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ మద్దతు ఉంటుందని, ప్రత్యామ్నాయ నాయకత్వం నిర్మించుకునేందుకు కార్మికులు వేసే ప్రతీ అడుగులోనూ మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ వారితో ఉంటుందన్నారు.

Strike is a weapon of the working class!!
So let us unite for an indefinite general strike!!!
On March 15 and 17, members of Mazdoor Bigul and Naujawan Bharat Sabha conducted a campaign against the Labour Codes in the Pedajalaripeta neighbourhood and at post offices in Lawson’s Bay Colony and Andhra University in Visakhapatnam.
They explained that the four Labour Codes introduced by the fascist Modi government offer no real benefits to employees or workers, and instead serve only the interests of capitalists. These Labour Codes constitute the biggest attack on the working class in the history of independent India. To resist this attack, they said, the working class must deploy its most powerful weapon—an indefinite general strike. However, they pointed out that the trade unions leading the organized working class limited their response to a one-day strike on February 12, despite the magnitude of the attack. Even this one-day strike was not fully carried out; in many places, it took the form of wearing black badges or holding lunch-hour meetings. Bigul activists explained that the logic behind a strike is to win workers’ rights by disrupting capitalist profits, and turning it into a mere formality yields nothing for workers.
The results of the February 12 strike are clearly visible to everyone. It is evident that the capitalist state is in no way willing to retreat on the Labour Codes. Therefore, Bigul activists emphasized that the only weapon before the working class to roll back these Labour Codes is an indefinite general strike. They stated that if the central trade unions are not prepared for such a decisive struggle, workers will move forward leaving them behind. They also affirmed that Mazdoor Bigul will support all such struggles and will stand with workers at every step in building an alternative leadership.
