కార్మిక-ఉద్యోగ వ్యతిరేక నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లను రద్దు చేయాలి!
డిసెంబర్ 16, 18 తేదీల్లో విజయవాడలోని రైల్వే వ్యాగన్ వర్క్ షాప్, టెలీకామ్ రంగంలో బీఎస్ఎన్ఎల్ (BSNL) ఉద్యోగుల మధ్య మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్, శ్రామిక హక్కుల పోరాట సంఘం (SHPS) కార్యకర్తలు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా ప్రచారం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా పెట్టుబడిదారుల లాభాలు కాపాడేందుకు మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం ఈ చట్టాలు తీసుకొచ్చిన నేపథ్యాన్ని, కార్మిక హక్కులకు ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్లు చేసే హానిని కార్యకర్తలు ఉద్యోగులకు వివరించారు. ఇన్నాళ్ళూ కనీసం పేపర్ మీదనైనా ఉన్న హక్కులను ఫాసిస్టు బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఒక్క కలంపోటుతో రద్దు చేసిందన్నారు. ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్ల ద్వారా మోడీ ప్రభుత్వం పర్మనెంట్ ఉద్యోగాలను పర్మనెంట్గా స్వస్తి పలకనుందని, చట్టబద్ధంగానే కార్మికుల చేత ఒక రోజులో ఎక్కువ గంటల సేపు పని చేయించుకునే హక్కును పెట్టుబడిదారులకు ఇస్తోందని కార్మికులకు వివరించారు.ఫాసిస్టు మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్లను అమలు చేయడం అంటే కార్మికులు-ఉద్యోగుల అన్ని హక్కులను హతమార్చడమే అని వివరించారు. శ్రామికవర్గం ఎన్నో త్యాగాలు చేసి తన పోరాట బలంతో ఇప్పటివరకు సాధించుకున్న హక్కులన్నిటిపై మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం చేసిన అతిపెద్ద ఫాసిస్టు దాడి ఇది. నిజానికి, ఇది కార్మిక-ఉద్యోగ జనాభా మొత్తాన్ని బానిసలుగా మార్చడానికి ఉద్దేశించిన ఒక ఫాసిస్టు చర్య. ఈ దాడికి ధీటైన సమాధానం చెప్పడానికి, భారతదేశంలోని సంఘటిత, అసంఘటిత కార్మికులు-ఉద్యోగులందరూ సంఘటితమై పోరాడాల్సిన తరుణం ఇది. అన్ని కేంద్ర ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్లు – సంఘాలు, వివిధ కంపెనీలకు, వృత్తులకు చెందిన యూనియన్లు తమ పరస్పర విభేదాలను పక్కనబెట్టి ఏకమవ్వాల్సిన సమయం ఇది. అందరూ ఏకమై నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మెకు పిలుపునివ్వాలి. ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్లను రద్దు చేసే వరకు నిరవధికంగా సమ్మెను కొనసాగించాలి అని పిలుపినిచ్చారు.

The four anti‑labour codes should be repealed.
On December 16 and 18, activists from Mazdoor Bigul and Sraamika Hakkula Porata Sangham(SHPS) organized a campaign among the employees of the Railway wagon workshop and BSNL in the telecom sector in Vijayawada against the four labour codes introduced by the central government.
The activists explained to the employees the background of these laws, which were brought by the Modi government to protect the profits of capitalists and to undermine workers’ rights. They said that the fascist BJP government has revoked workers’ rights with a single stroke of the pen. They told the workers that, through these labour codes, the Modi government will permanently end permanent jobs and give capitalists the right to make workers work long hours each day.
Activists emphasized that the implementation of these labour codes amounts to the complete destruction of all workers’ and employees’ rights. This is the biggest fascist attack by the Modi government on all the rights we have achieved so far through our struggles and sacrifices. It is a fascist project aimed at turning the entire toiling populace of workers and employees into slaves. There is no time to lose! This is the moment for all organized and unorganized‑sector workers and employees to wage an organized struggle and respond to this attack by the Modi government. It is time for all central trade unions, federations, company unions, professional associations, etc., to put aside their differences and come together. Activists appealed that everyone, together, should call for an indefinite general strike and continue it until the labour codes are revoked.
