నిరవధిక సమ్మె కోసం ఏకమవుదాం!
నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లను తిప్పికొడదాం!!

గత వారం రోజులుగా మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు విశాఖపట్నంలోని వివిధ కార్యాలయాలు, కంపెనీల వద్ద లేబర్ కోడ్స్ వ్యతిరేక క్యాంపెయిన్ నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. బి.ఎస్.ఎన్.ఎల్, ఇండియా పోస్ట్, హిందుస్తాన్ షిప్ యార్డ్, ఏపీఎస్ ఆర్టీసీ మద్దిలపాలెం డిపో, హెచ్ పీసీఎల్ ఆయిల్ రిఫైనరీల వద్ద ఈ క్యాంపెయిన్ జరిగింది.
స్వాతంత్ర్య భారత చరిత్రలో కార్మికవర్గ హక్కులపై జరుగుతున్నా అతిపెద్ద దాడి ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్స్ అని అన్ని కార్మికసంఘాలూ చెబుతున్నాయి. కానీ ఇటువంటి దాడిని తిప్పికొట్టేందుకు అవసరమైన ఆయుధాన్ని ప్రయోగించేందుకు మాత్రం వెనకాడుతున్నాయి. తమపై జరుగుతున్న దోపిడీకి వ్యతిరేకంగా, తమ హక్కుల సాధన కోసం కార్మికులు చేసే పోరాటాలలో సమ్మె ఒక ముఖ్యమైన ఆయుధం. పని నిలిపేసి పెట్టుబడిదారుల లాభాలకు గండి కొట్టడం ద్వారా సమ్మె కార్మిక హక్కులను సాధించేందుకు ఉపయోగపడుతుంది. ఇంతటి శక్తి ఉన్న సమ్మెను ఏదో లాంఛనప్రాయంగా ఒకరోజు చేయడం వల్ల ఎటువంటి ఉపయోగమూ ఉండదని బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు ఈ సందర్భంగా కార్మికులకు తెలిపారు.
నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మె వైపు కదిలితే తప్ప లేబర్ కోడ్స్ కి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఒక నిర్ణయాత్మక పోరాటం చేయలేమన్నారు. కార్మికులు, ఉద్యోగులు, శ్రమజీవులు తమపై జరుగుతున్నా దోపిడీపై తీవ్రమైన కోపంతో, అసహనంతో ఉన్నారు. ఇటువంటి సమయంలో ఒకరోజు సమ్మె కోసం ఇస్తున్న పిలుపులను చూస్తే కార్మిక సంఘాలు, సెంట్రల్ ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్లు ఇటువంటి నిర్ణయాత్మక పోరాటాలకి సిద్ధంగా లేవని అర్థమవుతోంది. ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్ల వైఖరి ఇలానే కొనసాగితే కార్మికులు వారిని వదిలేసి తమ పోరాటాలతో ముందుకు సాగిపోతారని, పానిపట్ లోని ఇండియన్ ఆయిల్ రిఫైనరీ కార్మికుల పోరాటం ఇటువంటిదేనన్నారు. లేబర్ కోడ్స్ కి వ్యతిరేకంగా, కార్మిక హక్కుల సాధన కోసం ఒక ప్రత్యామ్నాయ నాయకత్వాన్ని నిర్మించుకునేందుకు జరిగే ప్రతి ప్రయత్నానికీ మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ మద్దతు ఉంటుందని బిగుల్ కార్యకర్తలు అన్నారు.

Let us unite for an indefinite strike!
Let us reject the four Labour Codes!!

Over the past week, on March 26, 27, and 30 Mazdoor Bigul activists have been conducting a campaign against the Labour Codes at various offices and companies in Visakhapatnam. The campaign was held at various post offices, BSNL office, Hindustan Shipyard, APSRTC Maddilapalem Depot and HPCL oil refinery.
The central trade unions say that these Labour Codes constitute the biggest attack on workers’ rights in the history of independent India. However, they are hesitant to use the necessary weapon to resist such an attack. Strike is an important weapon in the struggles waged by workers against exploitation and for the achievement of their rights. By stopping work and hitting at the profits of capitalists, strike helps workers secure their rights. Activists explained to workers that the strike, a weapon with such power, will be of no use if it is reduced to a mere one-day symbolic action.
They said that without moving towards an indefinite general strike, it is impossible to wage a decisive struggle against the Labour Codes. Workers, employees, and toiling people are filled with deep anger and frustration against the exploitation they face. At such a time, calls for one-day strikes show that trade unions and central trade unions are not prepared for decisive struggles. If this attitude continues, workers will move ahead with their own struggles, leaving the unions behind; the struggle of Indian Oil refinery workers in Panipat is an example of this. Bigul activists stated that Mazdoor Bigul will support every effort to build an alternative leadership to fight against the Labour Codes and to secure workers’ rights.
