హైదరాబాద్లో న్యూక్లియర్ బిల్లుకు వ్యతిరేకంగా జరిగిన సీపీఐ సదస్సులో న్యూక్లియర్ సెక్టర్ ప్రైవేటీకరణ మరియు కొత్త లేబర్ కోడ్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ ప్రచారం.
ఈ సమావేశంలో లేబర్ కోడ్లలోని వివిధ అంశాలను చర్చించారు. ముఖ్యంగా ‘ఫిక్స్డ్-టర్మ్ ఎంప్లాయ్మెంట్’ పేరుతో పర్మనెంట్ స్వభావం గల ఉద్యోగాలలో కాంట్రాక్టీకరణను ప్రోత్సహించడం, భోపాల్ గ్యాస్ దుర్ఘటన తర్వాత రూపొందించిన కొన్ని భద్రతా చర్యలను కోల్పోవడం, ‘ఫ్లోర్ లెవల్ వేజెస్’ పద్ధతి ద్వారా వేతనాలను తగ్గించడం, యూనియన్లను బలహీనపరచి సమ్మె చేసే హక్కును దెబ్బతీయడం NFC కార్మికులపై ఏ విధమైన ప్రభావం చూపుతుందో స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ఫాసిస్టు బీజేపీ/ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ శక్తులు తాము బాహాటంగా సేవ చేసే పెట్టుబడిదారీ వర్గం కోసం, కార్మికుల శ్రమను మరింత దోపిడీ చేస్తూ లాభాలను పిండుకోవడానికే ఈ లేబర్ కోడ్లను తెచ్చాయని, ఇది కార్మిక హక్కులపై జరుగుతున్న తాజా దాడి అని వారు వివరించారు. హిట్లర్ నాజీ జర్మనీలో తన కనుసన్నల్లో మెలిగే యూనియన్ తప్ప మిగిలిన ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్లను ఏ విధంగానైతే నిషేధించాడో, ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితులు కూడా అలాగే ఉన్నాయని పోల్చి చూపారు. ప్రత్యర్థి ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్ల నమోదు, గుర్తింపుపై బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వ దాడులు, నాయకుల అరెస్టులు, వారి అనుబంధ ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్ బిఎంఎస్(BMS)కు కొమ్ముకాయడం వంటి చర్యలు ఆ ఫాసిస్ట్ ఎత్తుగడల కొనసాగింపునే సూచిస్తున్నాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
అదే సమయంలో ఫాసిస్టులు ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగంలోకి చొరబడటం, ప్రజాస్వామ్య హక్కులను నీరుగార్చడం, సమాజంలో విద్వేషపూరిత విభజనను సృష్టించడం ద్వారా ప్రస్తుత భారతదేశ పెట్టుబడిదారీ ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థకు అనుగుణంగా తమ వ్యూహాలను ఎలా మలచుకుంటున్నారో వివరించారు. కార్మిక హక్కులపై జరుగుతున్న ఈ ఫాసిస్ట్ లేబర్ కోడ్ల దాడిని ఎదిరించాలంటే, కార్మిక వర్గమంతా రాజీపడని ఐక్యతతో నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మెకు పూనుకోవడం ద్వారా మాత్రమే సాధ్యమవుతుందని గుర్తించాలి.
అందుకే, నాలుగు లేబర్ కోడ్లను రద్దు చేసేలా ఫాసిస్టు బీజేపీ/ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ యంత్రాంగాన్ని, పెట్టుబడిదారీ వర్గాన్ని ఒత్తిడి చేయడానికి సంఘటిత, అసంఘటిత రంగాలలోని అన్ని యూనియన్ల కార్మికులు, ఉద్యోగులంతా ఐక్యమై నిరవధిక సార్వత్రిక సమ్మెకు పూనుకోవాలని మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ విజ్ఞప్తి చేసింది.
ఈ సమావేశానికి న్యూక్లియర్ ఫ్యూయల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ (NFC), భారత్ ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ లిమిటెడ్ (BEL) కార్మికులు, ఉద్యోగులు హాజరయ్యారు. లేబర్ కోడ్లు, వాటి పట్ల కార్మిక వర్గ కార్యాచరణపై మజ్దూర్ బిగుల్ మున్ముందు మరిన్ని ప్రచార కార్యక్రమాలు, సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించనుంది.

Mazdoor Bigul campaigned against the four new labour codes and privatization of the nuclear sector during CPI meeting against Nuclear Bill in Hyderabad.
The various aspects of the labour codes were discussed, with an emphasis on the impact on Nuclear Fuel Complex’s workforce though a push towards contractualisation in perennial work in the form of ‘fixed-term employment’, loss of some safety measures drawn up after Bhopal Gas tragedy, downward pressure on wages through concept of floor level wages, weakening unions and their ability to strike, etc.
It was explained how these labour codes constitute the latest on the attack on the workers rights, to further exploit their labour power to extract more profits for the capitalist class, whom fascist BJP/RSS explicitly serve. A parallel was drawn to fascist Hitler’s Nazi Germany where trade unions were banned except their puppet trade union. BJP government’s attacks on registration and recognition of opposing trade unions, arrest of union leaders and a strong support of their puppet BMS union shows a clear continuity of those fascist tactics.
At the same time it was stated how the fascists are adapting and changing to fit to the present capitalist democracy of India, by infiltrating the state apparatus & weakening democratic rights, penetrating the social fabric of society and causing division and hate, while explicitly serving capitalist interests. It has to be realised that only the radical unity of the working class through an indefinite general strike can oppose this fascist onslaught of labour codes on working people’s rights.
Therefore Mazdoor Bigul appealed for the unity of all workers and employees, in all unions and sections, both organised and unorganised sectors, to call for an Indefinite General Strike, as the only way to force the fascist BJP/RSS apparatus and the capitalist class to repeal the 4 labour codes.
The meeting was attended by Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC) and Bharat Electronic Limited (BEL) workers and employees. Mazdoor Bigul will continue to hold further campaigns and meeting regarding the labour codes and the working class approach towards them.
