अख़बारों और मीडिया चैनलों के झूठे प्रचार से सावधान!!

नोएडा में हुई हिंसा के मसले पर तमाम अख़बारों और मीडिया चैनलों में ‘मज़दूर बिगुल’ के ख़िलाफ़ लगातार झूठी, ग़लत व भ्रामक खबरें फैलायी जा रही हैं। इन तमाम खबरों में नोएडा में हुई हिंसा और कुछ अराजक तत्वों की कार्रवाई के लिए ‘मज़दूर बिगुल’ को ज़िम्मेदार ठहराया जा रहा है। ‘मज़दूर बिगुल’ इन तमाम झूठी, बेबुनियाद और ग़लत ख़बरों को सिरे से खारिज करता है और ऐसे झूठे व भ्रामक आरोपों का खण्डन करता है। साथ ही, हम अपने पाठकों को सूचित करना चाहते हैं कि ‘मज़दूर बिगुल’ द्वारा इस झूठे और ग़लत प्रोपेगेंडा के ख़िलाफ़ उचित व आवश्यक क़ानूनी क़दम भी उठाये जा रहे हैं। ग़ौरतलब है कि जब तीन दिन तक नोएडा के तमाम कारखानों के मज़दूर शान्तिपूर्वक तरीक़े से अपनी न्यायसंगत मांगों के लिए अपने स्वतःस्फूर्त आन्दोलन को चला रहे थे, तब यही मीडिया चैनल और अख़बार नोएडा से नदारद थे।
दरअसल नोएडा में हुई इस हिंसा का ग़लत और झूठा आरोप ‘मज़दूर बिगुल’ पर ठीक इसीलिए ही लगाया जा रहा क्योंकि वह आन्दोलन के दौरान मज़दूरों को शान्तिपूर्वक और अनुशंसित तरीके से अपने संघर्ष को चलाने की बात कर रहा था और लगातार इस बात की अपील कर रहा था कि शान्तिपूर्वक हड़ताल के अधिकार के ज़रिये ही हम अपने आन्दोलन को सही दिशा में आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं। इन तमाम तथ्यों की पुष्टि हमारे सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट्स के ज़रिए कोई भी कर सकता है। उल्टे यूपी पुलिस लगातार आन्दोलन का दमन कर रही थी और कुछ अराजक तत्वों की गतिविधियों का इस्तेमाल आम मज़दूरों और आन्दोलन का समर्थन करने वाले कार्यकर्ताओं को ज़िम्मेदार ठहरा कर हड़ताल करने के अधिकार को ही अपराध बनाने के लिए कर रही थी। यही कारण है कि आज यूपी पुलिस व गोदी मीडिया सरेआम झूठी, भ्रामक और ग़लत खबरों को हवा देने का काम कर रही रहे हैं और वास्तव में इनकी यह ग़ैर-क़ानूनी कार्रवाई खुद किसी आपराधिक साज़िश से कम नहीं है।
‘मज़दूर बिगुल’ मज़दूरों के शान्तिपूर्वक हड़ताल करने के अधिकार का पूर्ण समर्थन करता है और हरेक आन्दोलन को शान्तिपूर्वक, अनुशासित व व्यवस्थित तरीक़े से चलाए जाने का हिमायती है।
जहाँ तक नोएडा में हुई घटना की जाँच का मामला है, हमें यूपी पुलिस की विश्वसनीयता पर बिल्कुल भी भरोसा नहीं है। हमारा मानना है कि यूपी पुलिस इस मसले की निष्पक्ष जाँच कर ही नहीं सकती है। इस धारणा के पर्याप्त सबूत यूपी पुलिस ने खुद ही अपनी कारगुज़ारियों के ज़रिये पिछले दिनों में दिए हैं! इसलिए हम मांग करते हैं कि तमाम साक्ष्यों की उच्च स्तरीय न्यायिक तथा फॉरेसिक जाँच हो और इस पूरे मामले को ही उच्च स्तरीय न्यायिक जाँच हो।

Regarding the incident of violence in Noida, false, misleading, and baseless reports are constantly being spread in various newspapers and media channels targeting Mazdoor Bigul. In all such reports, Mazdoor Bigul is being held responsible for the violence in Noida and the actions of some anarchic elements. Mazdoor Bigul categorically rejects all these false, baseless, and malicious reports, and denies such false and misleading allegations. At the same time, we would like to inform our readers that appropriate and necessary legal steps are also being taken by Mazdoor Bigul against this deliberate false propaganda. It is worth mentioning that for three days, when the workers of all the factories of Noida were peacefully running their spontaneous movement for their just demands, the same media channels and newspapers were absent from the ground.
In fact, the false and baseless accusations of the violence in Noida are being levelled against Mazdoor Bigul precisely because, throughout the movement, it was constantly engaging with the workers and advising them to carry out their struggle peacefully and in a disciplined manner, and was consistently appealing that only through a peaceful strike can the movement be taken forward in the right direction. All these facts can be verified by anyone through our social media accounts. On the contrary, the UP Police constantly repressed the movement and used the actions of some anarchic elements to criminalize the right to strike by blaming the common workers and activists who supported the movement. This is the reason that today the UP Police and the Godi media are openly working to propagate false, misleading, and fake news, and in fact, this illegal action of theirs is no less than a criminal conspiracy.
Mazdoor Bigul fully supports the right of workers to strike peacefully and advocates that every movement should be carried out in a peaceful, disciplined, and proper manner.
As far as the investigation into the incident in Noida is concerned, we have absolutely no confidence in the credibility of the UP Police. We believe that the UP Police cannot conduct an impartial investigation into this issue, and ample evidence for this has been provided by its actions in the past. Therefore, we demand that there should be a high-level judicial and forensic inquiry into all the evidence, and that the whole matter be investigated at the highest level.
